The purpose of our Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) Policy is to provide the expectations and requirement of the organisation regarding this critical aspect of our operations. It is designed to manage the risk of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment and incidents related to this should they occur in the delivery of AAO work, work undertaken by partner organisations funded by AAO, all interactions between staff, AAO supporters, volunteers Board members and staff and management of all AAO partner organisations.
